One of Gstr registered person has issued invoice to his customer and accordingly paid gst as well as filed GST 3b and GST 1 return
But after 7 months also , customer has not paid his dues . Therefore whether GST registered can issue credit note and reverse his gst liability.

yes u reverse the liablity because payment recepient not paid dues amount within 6 month therefore beneficial to reverse the itc through credit note
