Please tell me that whether purchase of revenue stamp is a part of miscellaneous expense or a part of legal expenses and if these are miscellaneous exp. then why purchase of stamp paper considered as legal expense ?

Its part of normal course of business and generally we can say this is a trend normally followed.
But conceptually you are correct. you can treat it as legal expenses.
