Revalidation of registration

hi all.. my CAFinal registration got lapsed on 21st July.. I made online payment for revaludating the same on 28th July.. but because of the server problems I didn't get an acknowledgement of my payment from the site.. but amount is credited from my bank account... I attempted twice and at both the occasion my bank account got credited with 500Rs each.. in the student service portal it is still showing that my application for revalidation is pending..nothing mentioned about the receipt of money..i wrote a mail to the helpdesk ,but I have not received any reply... please... can anyone suggest me a solution???

If money has been debited, contact your nearest branch with the transaction ID and other details....You can also contact them through the website....

when I visited my nearby branch they said they can not do anything because now it is all computerised and everything is at Delhi headquarters.. nobody is picking up the phone in the helpdesk number

I have also done the same mistake for my ipcc revalidation. and enquiry made through esahaayata no reply yet also not attending calls.

iam from Kerala Kottayam,

Even the revalidation status is still pending waiting Verifier. tats what bothering me now. it's more than 2 weeeks after revalidating through SSP.

I am also from Kerala ...kochi.. I made the payment on 29th of July.. for me too it is showing revalidation pending..as the dates for applying for the next exams are approaching.. I am worried

am registered on 30th July, cash is secondary but Registration is the primary concern.
