Revalidation Form Query

Its Urgent guys...
My registration date for IPCC is 25th August, 2014. Do i need to fill revalidation form in order to appear for November, 2018 IPCC exams?
IPCC reg is valid for 4 years and the tenure is getting completed on 25 august,2018

You can apply for the attempt but I suggest you please apply for revalidation also.

Sir please tell which date of registration i have to mention in exam form?

There was 2 coloum for date of registration 1 for original and second for revalidation in exam form
