Revalidation form not appearing in ssp portal

Having same issue revalidation form is not appearing on the portal. Are you sure it will be updated by raising ticket and will be updated in 24 hrs? 

Ticket has been raised since when ... still no reply  . Conversion form is not appearing on dashboard .

I have seen both the conversion and revalidation option. But I have paid for revalidation but not yet they updated my status and still face conversion..

Why should I applied for conversion if I allready in new syllabus.

Then what to do for facing the conversion deshboard 

Please help me.

They have told me that you have to fill the conversion form as revalidation form has not been shown on your dashboard.
