Revalidation for old course student

My Registration for final will expire on 11-08-2020. In SSP Portal, I don't find the revalidation form for online re registration. 

How can I proceed for re registration. Please guide.

My registration was under old scheme, so now after re registration I will be registered under new scheme. How can I get the study material of new scheme?
