I have downloaded Return Preparation Software from website of income tax department but its not working properly. when I click on VALIDATE, PRINT, GENETRATE or any other function it doesn't work. Can anyone tell me the reason ?

hi vipul

u need to enable macros in your excel.

to enable macro follow this steps

select tools - macros - security and select low or medium.

agree with above ,enable micro & also save as workbook as micro enable work book

Yes, its macro problem and you will open the file in MS word 2003 its work properly, Word 2007 make some error.

Dear Vipul

 

You have to enable macros in your excel sheet and than save file than close the file than reopen the file and u will resolved the problem.
