to enable macro follow this steps

select tools - macros - security and select low or medium.

Yes, its macro problem and you will open the file in MS word 2003 its work properly, Word 2007 make some error.

You have to enable macros in your excel sheet and than save file than close the file than reopen the file and u will resolved the problem.
