What are the documents to be attached with the form PAS 3 for filing the return of allotment of shares issued before 31-03-2014. Pls give clarification. Is it sufficient to attach the boards resolution and list of allottees?

Yes, BOD resolution and list of allottees (as per CA 2013 format) is sufficient.....
