or suggest me on
While filing column 3 in Fom-2, whether total amount paid on application be equal to total nominal amount of shares alloted (No premium/discount on issue) ????
Eg. 1000 shares alloted F.V. Rs. 10, Total nominal amount Rs.10,000/- whether this total amount can be paid on the date of application of shares ??????

Sir can you pls tell whether Form 23 is need to be filed to ROC in the following case.
A pvt. company incorporated on 18.08.2008 with following capital structure:
Authoriised capital- Rs. 75,00,000./-
Intial Subscribed capital- Rs.3,00,000/-
Now the company want to raise further capital by issue of further share to existing share holder on 20.09.2008.
Whether the issue of further shares by pvt. company to existing shareholder require special resolution and form 23 is to filed or not ???

No, it is not required to file form 23 or pass special resolution.
