We have increased the relevant capital for the Return (by filing Form.5) in June, 2009 and passed the allotment resolution in June, 2010 and now I am filing return of allotment (form 2) pls suggest me whether passing of allotment resolution & filing of return now is valid or whether will we receive any objections from ROC thanks t o all the members

Form 2 is required to be filled in 30days. As it is delayed, filling will be done with additional fees.
Resolution and allotment is valid.
No other concern.
