We have increased the relevant capital for the Return (by filing Form.5) in June, 2009 and passed the allotment resolution in June, 2010 and now I am filing return of allotment (form 2) pls suggest me whether passing of allotment resolution & filing of return now is valid or whether will we receive any objections from ROC thanks t o all the members
Dear Ravi,
There is no problem in filing of form today for the allotmnet made in June 2010.
The only consequences is payment of addiitonal fees which would be quite high i.e 9 times of normal fees. total fees for filing form 2 will be Rs. 500+4500 = Rs. 5000.
