Just wait for sometimes as all pending ITR of 21-22 are under process.
Also check whether any 139(9) notice was not issued for that ITR

I was processed wrong itr....for ay 21/22....instead of processing itr u/ s 139(1)....they processed u/s 139(5)
on giving grivence to CPC....they have closed grivence and state on helpline grivence forwarded to respective dept.
till date no solution
moreover unable to file itr 2 for 22/23....giving schema error
so I think....will have to waite for some more time

You have filed revised return and original return was e verified after 180 days, so they invalidate the original return .
I had not filed any revised return.....that is major issue.....on website it shows filed u/s 139(1) ...they have accepted my query and said it was their mistake
So file rectification
Not possible.....i tried that also.....because my original return is u/s 139(1) & processed 139(5).....tried to file rectification return but giving error.
Department will have to clear above issue.
Already spoke to cpc on helpline
Just send manual application to ITO

This seems to be the only option that has any chance of succeeding.
The grievance system is a joke and it seems like it's just for show now. As if the Infosys robots / children have been instructed to wait a random number of days and then close the grievance without actually doing anything and often without even providing a proper response. And if they do provide a response, it seems to be something selected at random from a list and probably will have nothing to do with the grievance.
