Suppose A Dealer in Chandigarh Send Goods To Its Branch or to consignee Agent At Mohali (Punjab) by Issuing Form J and Paid Entry Tax . Now The consignee Rejected The Goods . Now Whats The Procedure To take the Goods Back & documentation . is Paid Entry tax is reversed ?

  Yes, if it is returned within six months after sale,it can be declared in the returns by reducing from the taxable amount,or as refundable also......mjk

You should have proof of selling and returning. Selling through invoice,delivery note and LR(lorry or cargo service documents) and for return a letter and delivery note with a debit/credit note depending on whether it was acredit/cash sale. ....mjk
