I have received goods worth 70000 from Ahmedabad with waybill dated 13 10 2018 and now I have to return the whole goods to Ahmedabad ..what is the procedure I have to do in GST portal please explain me

Ask the supplier to issue a credit note
Purchase less returns to be taken for calculating ITC. So adjust it in purchases.
