Return from CA

Hello friends

This time my husband wants to get his return filed from some CA because he has to submit it return later somewhere.

My question is after CA submits return, and I download the submitted return from portal, will the downloaded return show somewhere that the return has been prepared by a CA.

does it mention anywhere?
