Return for refund for assesment years 2009 onwards

Can a return to claim refund be filed now for assessment years 2009-10, 10-11 and 11-12

 today newspaper had an advertizement stating last date for such return is 31 mar 14

please tell me - it is very important for me if it can still be filed.

Dear Sir 

Yes they can be filled 

I recently checked income tax e-filling site and they are showing all forms for uploadation.

Also in return submit area they just extended number of years upto A.Y 2007-08

@ Manoj Mehta, Thanks for quick response. But I am not sure if I have asked my question completely. I want to know that if someone did not file the return in AY 09-10, 10-11 etc. then can the person still file the returns to claim refund - Actually I want to ask not about revising return but about fresh returns for refund?

Yes sir circular 4/2014 says you can file it if you are having a refund case by 31st march 14. Please make it fast and send a signed copy with a speed post. Regards
