Return for daily wage labourer
please provide guidance as to which ITR is to be filed for a daily wage labourer [Plumber]

If he received daily basis as employee then he can file ITR 1..
If he received Contract basis then he can file ITR 4...
If he received Contract basis then he can file ITR 4...
he is neither employee nor on contract basis.. he is kind of self employed and works on his own..
Then He can move with ITR 4 (presumptive taxation scheme).

I think he can use
06010 - Other construction activity n.e.c.
or
21008 - Other services n.e.c.
06010 - Other construction activity n.e.c.
or
21008 - Other services n.e.c.
Then He can move with ITR 4
