return for AY 18-19
a person residing at abroad and visiting in india after few months. he invest in LIC and SBI mutual fund. In the AY 18-19 his LIC mature and receive 2,28,850 along with TDS 2,289. His SBI mutual fund also mature and receive 7,473 along with TDS 1155 . He was not filing income tax return till today. what is deal with this condition.

File return as NRI and claim TDS.
this man purchase a new car of Rs 15 lakh on January 2019 and pay such amount through two cheques from his NRI account. what about this
No issue, TCS gets deducted!!
how can I claim this TCS
No other option, file ITR and claim TDS/TCS...
