If A have registered 2yrs back till today he did not fill any return and is it necessary to fill all the return now?????or can i file only this years return will there be any prob

i agree with your point uday.
but my point is A have not filed any return till today means from past two yrs... and there was no notice from service tax dept also....is this consequences its better to refer a to fill this yr half yrly returns right or not????
