Return filling
Any company deduct TDS from salary regularly and paid but not given salary of last two months to employee due to some problems.
In this case how can employee file his return with which amount ? with actual received amount or total amount of FY.?

Salary is taxed on due or receipt basis, whichever is earlier
agreed with mr. sarath
But problem is how can file the return? Which Amount shown in Return ? Actual received amount of salary or Total Yearly income of Salary ?
