It is announced that communication is being sent asking to file returns as regrds all PAN holders.
It is to be clarified further as a many obtain PAN no though they have no taxable income as per increased limits and due to variety of other reasons.
It will be waste of cost , time ,and resources by govt to send communication this way instead of analyising the profile of pan holders suiatbly before sending thecommunication
