We cannot file last year ITC 4 all qurter but can we file current qurter april to june 2018 itc 4 on portal or it file or not bcoz last year pending?

You can file ITC 04 for current quarter april to june 2018.
You must File ITC 04 of previous year now with penalty; not filing at all may be deemed that such supplies had been supplied by the principal to the job worker on the day when the said inputs or capital goods were sent out and the said supply shall be declared in FORM GSTR-1 and the principal shall be liable to pay the tax along with applicable interest
Sec. 124. If any person required to furnish any information or return under section 151,— (a) without reasonable cause fails to furnish such information or return as may be required under that section, or (b) ----------, he shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees and in case of a continuing offence to a further fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for each day after the first day during which the offence continues subject to a maximum limit of twenty five thousand rupees.
