My q is whether he is required to file form DIR-11
bcoz I think that resignation is diff from retirement.

Retirement and Resignation is different. DIR-11 is required to be filed when the director is resigning and not when he is retiring.
If He is retiring at the AGM then only form DIR-12 is required to be filed
If He is retiring at the AGM then only form DIR-12 is required to be filed.
But sir, I have file the Form-12 for retirement by passing board resoln not in AGM.
I filed DIR-12 and it is accepted by ROC. In signatory details her name is not disclosing now.
