You may opt for  composition scheme where the limit is upto Rs 75 lakhs now, in that case you will not get the credit and can not charge GST.

Registeration as normal tax payer invoice is must and gst need to appear on the sale invoice  to avail the ITC.

sir when you will sell to consumers , you would be charging gst in the invoices and while filing your returns you have to upload consolidated amount of gst charged to your customers. when youll upload the consolidated details youll be getting the amount of gst charged . your suppliers would be uploading invoices related to your purchases by them which would show gst charged to you. so the net effect would be you would be getting the credit of your sales. secondly you are not required to issue invoices if the value is less than rs. 200 subject to the condition that where your sales is to a consumer and he is not asking you for such invoice. however in respect of such supplies , you shall issue a consolidated invoice for such supplies at the end of each day
Thanks sir
