Yes you can take termination after 1 year of articleship only on specific grounds.
You can choose your principal who is 50km away by way of making an application disclosing the fact yo icai along with form 109 because choosing firm 50km away is also an specific ground

Hi, I will apply for articles termination in death of a principal. But, my representative principal is not available sign the termination form. so, I delete the application form 109 in my SSP portal and start a new application form in my SSP portal another representative partner
