u can join articleship after u clear ur 1st group of IPCC , and u cant join it by clearing only 2nd group !!

Sorry, I think I made a mistake! Only on passing GROUP - I of IPCC you will be eligible to join articleship. So you should definitely try to pass the next attempt. This message is for ANUP! Sorry again.
