Ya true results will be announced at 1:00 pm. I didnot see instiute like ICAI in my life. What they will do in 3 hours?

icai has made clear intention on 06..02.11 while playing with english language "are likely to be declared """tentatively"""" around 10. am.It means icai maynt be able to declare the results as per the committment.
