Result invalidation
I had cleared My Final Group 1 in May2015 under the condition that I will complete my articleship training (including excess leave) before 31st Oct. 2015, which I duly served. However, due to non-fullfilling of some condition (regarding excess leave) I am asked to again serve my excess leave period of 14 days, which will be covered now in 2016. Therefore, I want to know that whether serving of excess leave period in 2016 would result in INVALIDATION of my earlier passing result of May 2015, due to serving of excess leave and completion of my articleship in 2016.

That would not affect your results which you have already cleared. Now, as you need to serve the excess days of leave taken, just go and complete serving the remaining days.
Sir, thanks for your immediate response. Also kindly suggest me the reference wherefrom I can refer it to the icai in case of any adverse action against me.
