what was exact tym the result of final may 2011 was declared..can anybody say??????

as per notification its 2 p m. but from last time it came morning... so may be 9 a m ...

Last time the notification said the time will be at 2 p m but they declared the result at 10 a m so be ready from the morning onward.....
