LLP incorporation k baad mene initial agreement file kiya tha on Rs. 500/- and duly notarised. Capital contribution was Rs. 1,00,000/-
Today i got resubmission that stamp duty on initial agreement is not paid as per Rajasthan Stamp Act, should be Rs.4,000/-
What is the solutions now ?

prepare the agreement on correct stamp value and then resubmit
it means i have to buy 8 stamp paper of Rs. 500/- and print agreement on all 8 page of agreement and then notarized agreement submit to ROC
As per my opinion Since you have already purchased a stamp paper of RS 500 purchase stamp paper for remaining amount and attach it with the agreement and get them notarized and resubmit
