Resubmission of FILLIP Form under LLP

I have filled FILLIP and it is asking for resubmission having remark “Furnish PAN of DP’s not having DPIN”
How to reslove this issue

Here’s how you can resolve this:

  1. Check all Designated Partners (DPs) entered in the form:

    • Verify if any DP is missing DPIN.

    • If DPIN is not available, PAN must be furnished for that DP.

  2. Add PAN for the DPs who don’t have DPIN:

    • Edit the form.

    • For those designated partners without DPIN, enter their valid PAN details correctly.

  3. Save and validate the form again.

  4. Submit the corrected form:

    • Once PAN details are correctly entered for all DPs, you should be able to submit without the error.

Additional tips:

  • DPIN is generally for directors of companies, but LLP designated partners do not have DPINs, so PAN is mandatory for them.

  • Make sure PAN is valid and matches the DP’s name.
