Can relative(Chartered accountant in whole time practice) of a statutory auditor of a company certify and/or file ROC forms of that company?? Will it be considered prohibited u/s 144 of Companies Act,2013??Please share your valuable advices.

no if this service is covered u/s 144 but i think its not covered within purview of this section
