I got granted some RSU in Jul 2017 and 25% of it got vested in Jul 2018. Now which ITR form should I have to use to show the vested RSU during filling ITR for AY 2019-20 [ FY 2018-19] . Also , Should I show the complete amount mentioned in Form 12B A ?
Note : I have not sold any RSU till now So long term/Short term capital gain does not come in to picture ...right ?

It being investment, need not be declared till sold.
If at all you wish to declare file ITR 3 with complete balance sheet. Otherwise ITR 1 or ITR 2 will be applicable as per your other credentials.

Thanks for the update.
Do you mean i no need of declaration of these RSU ( 25%) in ITR even though they are vested during FY 18-19 but not sold ? My employer has deducted withholding tax and shown in From 16 as perquisites in form 12B A.
