what is gst rate applicable when there is sweet shop and also selling bakery items and also running restaurant all are under one roof and also selling cold drink choklates etc

For restaurants GST rate is 5% without claiming ITC.
Can I claim itc
No.. you can not claim ITC
If seperate books are kept for sweets and restaurant then what will be the position
