Response to Outstanding Demand Paid before Acceptance

I made a mistake. I had an outstanding tax demand showing for some time. The amount was small so I decided to just go ahead and pay it as my CA suggested.

I paid the tax and then I realized I haven't accepted the demand before paying it. I then accepted the demand.

Do I have to pay the demand again? How do I make this right? It is still showing under E-File > Response to OutStanding Demand tab. I have the challan with me and bank statement too.

Thank you.

Quick Summary
A user mistakenly paid an outstanding tax demand before formally accepting it. They are concerned about whether they need to pay again and how to resolve the issue, as the demand still appears in their 'Response to Outstanding Demand' section. They have proof of payment via challan and bank statements and are seeking advice on whether to raise a support ticket or if leaving it unattended could lead to further penalties.

Nothing will happen
if you get notice again by chance then show the document

It is still visible here:

E-File > Response to OutStanding Demand

Do you think if I leave it unattended, it will lead to further penalties or charges? Should I raise a support ticket or something? Not sure how to do that.
