Once demand is raised than u have to pay regular tax challan minor head 400. In your case as u have paid self assessment challan and same is not claimed in itr so your demand doesnt square off.
if u had paid 400 challan than system automatically consumed tha same if demand and challan both are of same amt.

now u have to contact your assessing officer and file 154 for allowing sa challan credit and modify sa to regular tax if necessary
Select disagree for demand ,choose other option , provide the descripttion about the facts and upload the pdf challan of tax paid .

This may resolve the issue
In case the problem are still persisting contact ao. You can also disagree and attach the challan.
@ Venkatesan ,

You shouldn't have submitted agree response since it may need to pay tax under regular assessment tax .

So you should go by disagree option
Use ground open challan with CIN.
Challan paid under self assessment tax but demand raised under regular assessment tax .. You have to go by other option
As challan was deposited under self assesment tax , you need to go for rectification
Take the help of professionals like CAs to close it at the earliest
Agreed with Eshwar Reddy on this
