I have replied for defective notice u/s 139(9).on 09 July, still no response is received from department.
what should I do?

That means it is accepted. Check your efiling profile, and status of ITR filed.
In status shows return verified in blue line, then defective return in red line ,then return processing in blue line
So the defect has been removed (second line) and the third line is active, i.e under process (finally)
