No need to respond to intimation u/s. 143(1) of the act, if ITR processed without any change.
Process of response is -
Log into eFiling site , go to e-proceeding then you will see list of mis-matches then use button Agree OR Disagree
If Disagree then list will appear for reasons. Tick mark reason and attach supportings if required.
And then submit button. That's all.

What happens if not responded to the notice within 30 days?
In case, no response is received within 30 days, the tax return will be processed after making necessary adjustments mentioned in the 143(1)(a).

No need to any respond or reply to dept. It's just a intimation for computation by dept with You. No more mismatches then simply leave it...
