u can get information about conversion on the icai website. For atc 2000 more is charged but when u clear first grp of ipcc u will be awarded wid atc certificate which means u are certified accountant but not charterd. For orientation fee is 3000 but its increasing to 6000 wen i dont know. You can fill this form ol thru nirc or ur respective zonal council site for delhi its nirc-icai.org
