whether we have to maintained continues serial number for resolution passed in different financial year. or we can maintain a new series for resoltion number in a new financial year.
for .E.G
co. passed resoltion as 1 -15 in financial year 2008-09. and now in
2009-10 we have to start resolution number from 16-30 or again could we start as 1-15 for passed resolution.
