what kind of resolution (ordinary or special) is required to be passed to transact an ordinary business at an AGM?
Is there any way to identify the kind of resolution in case of special business?

Pls refer sec 102 (2) of the CA 2013....the 4 business mentioned therein will be treated as ordinary business and will require an Ordinary resolution for the same.....
Other than these all other matters will be special business......
Now which matter requires OR or SR depends on the provisions of the relevant section....
