Resignation of manager
Dear All,
Can anyone please guide me on the following query;
One person Mr.X is Manager of ABC Ltd. and he has gievn his resignation to the company but the board is not accepting his resignation nor giving any reply for it. So my question is, now what steps can Mr. X can take for the resignation from the company??

Is his form 32 regarding his appointment, filed with the ROC?
Yes his Form 32 has been filed with ROC
