Resignation of director
can company reject the resignation of director? if so, what are the consequences?

Section 168 of co. act 2013 deals with the resignation of director ..according to provision of section 168 " a director may resign from his office by giving a notice n writing to co.
section 168 does not States any requirement of acceptance of resignation of a director by board or member..
in nut shell company can't reject resignation of director..
