Hi Freinds,
As per new companies act 2013 there is no detailed provision for resignation of Company secretary,as per my observation we need to attach the following documents :
1. Notice of resignation
2. Evidence of cessation
3. Board resolution of resignation
Please confirm whether the same isrequired and also let me know the section under which it covers .

Yes, it is required. Refer Sec.170(2) read with Rule 18 of Companies (Appointment & Remuneration of Directors) Rules 2014 and Form DIR.12.
