Resignation of company scretary

Hi Freinds,

As per new companies act 2013 there is no detailed provision for resignation of Company secretary,as per my observation we need to attach the following documents :

1. Notice of resignation

2. Evidence of cessation

3. Board resolution of resignation

Please confirm whether the same isrequired and also let me know the section under which it covers .
