Resignation of a deceased director

As a matter of practice we attach death certificate and board resolution for taking note of cessation, in fact form 32 does mandate to attach death certificat and board resolution for taking note of cessation.

It is advisable in case of death to get the DIN of the deceased director disabled. for gettig the DIN disabled, contact the office of Regional Director, Northern Region, A-14, Section-I, PDIL Bhanvan, Noida (UP)
