Can we appoint and retire the DP at same time?
I am having an LLP in which 2 designated partner are there , I want to remove that 2 DP and appoint 2 new DP can I do this in one time by filing LLP Form 4? or I need to add first 2 new DP and then remove the old 2DP's.
