If i sell my residential land in 30 lakhs then how can i reinvest 30 lakhs in another mode (like as deposit in saving bank account, buy car etc) instead of buy other residential house to save long term capital gain tax ?
is section 54EC is helpful or any way plz suggest ?
Either in another residential house; or in Capital Gains bonds issued u/s. 54EC.
