The Real Estate (Regulation and development) Act, 2016 is an act of the parliament of India which seeks to protect home buyers as well as help boost investments​ in the real estate industry. It makes mandatory for registration for all commercial and residential real estate projects where the land is over 500 sq metres , or 8 apartment .

Dear Memebers,

I had a doubt on Calculation of Cost Incurred in relation to RERA. It says we have to calculate Land Cost cost and Construction Cost. However in relation to Construction Cost Incurred it is stated on site and Off site expenses are to be Included

Here I would like to ask that whether finance expenses such as partners salary and interest can be included or not in the cost of construction..?
