But what about the deduction of PF from employees salary.? 

If there is no PF Deduction, No deposition so how can we file the return.

If there is no PF deduction...................then NIL return may be filed...........

Hi Ayush,

Although at present you have not deducted PF from employees, it will be the liability on company to deduct the PF and remit the same to PF department at the time of registration or after that, since the no of employees have crossed 20 or is 20.

Hope, you can deduct the PF amount from employees in instalments for the previous not deducted months.

If the no of employees are 20 in April and again in May the number reduces to 19, even then the PF is applicable.

yes u need to be registered with pf provided ur pf contribution shall be computed on a max of 6500 salary
