I need a small clarification to be sought. Will a Apartment owners welfare association established under Societies regn act require PAN/ TAN registration.(Karnataka State) I want this to be clarified since I am the Secretary of my apartment complex and I want to take up this compliance if required under law. Can you check and let me know.
